  • 4 slices of smoked ham without rind
  • 150 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 90g butter
  • 5 cl of liquid cream

The stages of preparation

Start by preheating your oven to a temperature of 220°C. This initial step is crucial to ensure even cooking and perfect texture to your macaroni and cheese and ham gratin.
